We are a mature, employed male and female couple with NO PETS looking for a long-term rental in a legal registered secondary UNFURNISHED suite located in an owner-occupied home. Our preferred move-in date is October 1 or October 15, 2026; however, we are flexible for the right long-term home. We are two responsible adults with stable employment, excellent credit, outstanding landlord references, and no criminal records.

We have lived in White Rock for over 15 years and value a quiet, respectful lifestyle. We take pride in treating every home as if it were our own.
Our first White Rock home was for 8 years, moving only because our landlords’ son returned to Canada and required the suite.
We have enjoyed our current home for 7+ years, but the owner now needs the suite for a family member. As a result, we are looking for our next long-term home.

- Private internet connection (we will arrange and pay for our own service)
